Volunteer Expenses

If you incur any expenses in the course of scouting in the group, you are entitled to claim it back. This includes purchase of uniform.

Receipts

To claim back a receipt, please send a copy of it to treasurer@4thwashingtonscouts.org.uk and your section leader (a photo of the receipt is sufficient).

In your email, please detail what the expense relates to i.e. Asda receipt for pancake mix for beavers pancake making night.

Mileage

Volunteers can claim 20p per mile to cover the cost of fuel. This can be claimed documenting your journey on an email to your section leader and our treasurer.
